He has built and led multiple companies across commercial construction, manufacturing, and real estate investment, giving him a practical understanding of project feasibility, execution, and long-term value. David advises commercial clients and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and value-add opportunities with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach. He serves as a Board Member of the American Subcontractors Association of Greater Baton Rouge, where he remains closely connected to market conditions and construction economics.
